For your convenience 101giftables.com ships our products UPS ground for easy tracking. Shipping is free in the U.S. (We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time). What if I ordered an item & it is backordered?
If an item is not available when shipping your order we will notify you by e-mail or phone & credit your paypal account accordingly within 3-5 business days. What is your return policy?
You may return your product within 30 days of receipt in the condition you received it. Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please briefly specify & give the reason for your return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You may return most items, unless it was an error on our part. We do not accept Exchanges at this time, so if you are not satisified please return your merchandise for a refund only. You must contact us by E-mail within 48 hours @ customerservice@101giftables.com to let us know of any errors with your order. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges of the item being shipped to you the customer as well as any merchandise to being returned to 101Giftables.com. If you receive the wrong order, you must ship back items that are not a part of the original order to receive any kind of credit or refund or the correct items in its place. Failure to comply with this policy will result in loss of refund, credit or the receipt to you the customer of the corrected item(s) and or we reserve the right to bill you for any item(s) that you keep. You will be responsible to pay shipping on the returned item(s) for correction. We must obtain all merchandise sent by error before any refund or credit or corrected item(s) will be shipped to you. 101Giftables.com cannot be held responsible for any item(s) we do not receive due to loss or damage or other circumstances, so please make sure you insure all shipments to us for proper assistance.
At this time 101giftables.com does not accept C.O.D's. We are looking to add this in the near future.
101giftables.com will not accept returns under these conditions:
- Orders older than 30 days
- Discontinued items or sale items
- Any additional shipping charges
- If you did not purchase the item from 101giftables.com We will not return/refund it on any item that was not purchased directly from our online store.
Credit adjustments will be made through your original payment method, except for returned gifts which are refunded with a gift certificate. If you paid by PayPal, you must allow 3-4 business days for credits to post to your account.
How do I return an item?
1) Make sure to send your package via insured mail or UPS, as 101giftables.com is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged.
2) Include a copy of your invoice along with your reason for returning the item(s). Please indicate that you are returning the item(s)..
3) Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping?
If for any reason an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department by sending an E-mail to customerservice@101giftables.com or our Contact Us Form. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving order; *there are no exceptions*.
All packages are carefully inspected before they are shipped. The carrier is responsible for any damages. We will notify the carrier promptly. This can take up to 14 business days. The carrier may want to inspect the packaging. Please keep the original packaging as well, as we will need to verify that your item(s) were purchased from 101giftables.com. If you did not keep the original packaging we will not be able to replace your items (no exceptions).
Missing Items
If you feel you are missing any item(s) from your order, you may contact our customer service department within 48 hours that's (2) days of receiving your order by either sending an E-mail to customerservice@101giftables.com or our Contact Us Form so that we may assist you.
101giftables.com will not accept damaged or missing item claims after 48 hours/2 business days of receipt. Please notify us immediately.
